[There is a very long silence before anything is said. Just that creepy silence with white noise buzzing in the back, where you're not quite sure if someone was broadcasting or not because the silence blended in so goddamn well.]

[The communicator clicks on, Byakuran carefully considers what he'll say before speaking.]

My, my it seems this bad storm still wont let up! Though I assume everyone is adjusting well enough. When one eye lost, be thankful that god had given you two!

[The communicator beeps indicating its initial broadcast, revealing a well lit room, the communicator set on a table. Byakuran is seen smiling as he retracts back into his chair, chin rested on one hand. He clears his throat a little and waves.] Hm.. We'll isn't this quaint, I have to admit the choice in scenery is very eclectic.

[He pauses, musing and still keeping a light and sincere tone.]
Unfortunately this is quite the problem.... but no matter, a simple explanation is all that I'd ask for.

[His tone gets faintly darker a bit just at the end, he tilts his head down to look back into the communicator directly.] Till then, bai bai.

[The transmission cuts out.]
